The purpose of the study was to assess the technological literacy of technical college students in Anambra and Enugu states. The study sought to answer four research questions. Four null hypotheses were also tested at 0.05 levels of significance. A descriptive survey research design was used for the study. The population for the study comprised of all 667 (2008/2009) final year students of the eight technical  colleges in seven out of 12 education zones in Anambra and Enugu states. Thirty-nine item questionnaire structured on a five point rating scale was the instrument used for data collection. The content and face validation of the instrument were carried out by three experts. A reliability test of the instrument was also conducted and analysed using Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient formula. A reliability coefficient of 0.80 was then obtained. Data collected were subjected to analysis applying mean, t-test and ANOVA statistics. Findings show that technical college students in Anambra and Enugu states possess high level knowledge of: (1) nature of technology, (2) technological system and (3) effects of technology on society. However, the students possess moderate level of technological experiences. The test of statistical significance of hypotheses revealed that there are differences in technological literacy levels between male and female, rural and urban students of technical colleges. Implication for the study was highlighted as being of great benefit to technical education planners and administrators, technical instructors and technical college students. Based on the findings of the study, appropriate recommendations were made and if adopted will enhance the level of technological literacy of technical college students in Anambra and Enugu states.
