The researcher did a survey research on the evaluation of the role of public relations in customers acquisition and satisfaction in Anambra automobile company (Anammco Enugu). The study set out to look into the following problems: To ascertain the relationship between continuous communication with customers and their sustained patronage. The importance of creation and maintenance of favourable attitude and opinion about an organization in the minds of customers. The advantages of two-way communication between an organization and its publics. The roles of public relations towards customers satisfaction The thing that satisfies customers of Anammco Enugu. The relationship between continuous communication between organization and it customers and their sustained patronage. Two set of questionnaire were drawn for two categories of respondents as follows: customers of Anammco and the staff of the organization. Table of random digits was used for the sample selection. For the method of data analysis, chi-square method was used to test hypotheses, and then findings, conclusion and recommendation of the work were made. The researcher among other things, found out that two-way symmetrical and continuous communication between an organization and its customers helps retaining customers patronage. Finally, the researcher recommends that for an effective result in an organization towards customer satisfaction there has to be a synergy of public relations with other promotional strategies.
