The researcher noticed a gap which is the inefficient or non-existence of a coordinated risk management system in the delivery process of construction project State and as a result of this gap, great expenditure of time and resources are been wasted and precious human lives are often exposed to danger that may even result to death in building sites. A thorough academic review of textbooks, journals, technical reports and seminar papers were explored and was complimented with well structured questionnaires that covers the variables associated with the delivering process of construction projects in Anambra State. These questionnaires were distributed to stakeholders in the built environment seeking their opinions with the view of reducing risk impacts on the delivering process. At the end, the primary data collected were analysed with the use of statistical index where it was discovered that it is highly possible to practice effective risk management in the delivering process of construction projects in Anambra state which will ensure safe working
environment, reduces injury to workmen, reduces wastages of resources, saves lives, ensures good timing in project delivering, saves cost, increases productivities, improve quality and lots of good benefits.
